My name is Chelsea Baack and I teach third grade at Trace Elementary. I love working at Trace Elementary, especially because I get to work with such wonderful colleagues and students. I was born and raised in the Bay Area before attending UC Davis - Go Ags! I received a B.A. in English with a minor in Education. I also received my Multiple Subject Teaching Credential and M.A. in Education from UC Davis. Outside of school I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, watching my sons play sports and all Bay Area sports teams play (Go Sharks, Giants, Niners, and Warriors!), reading, drinking coffee, and attempting to bake the perfect batch of chocolate chip cookies. My most favorite outdoor activity is running. While I've run three full marathons, my favorite distance is the half marathon.
